PURPOSE: To simplify lock operation by eliminating the need for a key used for locking or unlocking by displaying on a light emitting element a state from lock start time until lock end time or release from the lock state.
CONSTITUTION: Timer circuit 5 divides the frequency of reference oscillator 4; and a start time signal corresponding to assigned lock start time is stored in start time memory 8, and an end time signal corresponding to the end of locking in end time memory 9. Further, the ON time and OFF time from operation part 10 are stored in ON-time memory 6 and OFF-time memory 7 respectively, and time data stored in memories 6∼9 are detected by identity detection circuits 15∼18 to display the lock state of them on display part 14. Further, power control over TV1 is exercised by providing monostable multivibrator 28 which validates or invalidates the manual operation of power switch 20 after the lock time by identity outputs of circuits 15 and 16, and FF30 which validates or invalidates the operation of switch 20 after the end of locking by identity outputs of circuits 17 and 18.
