To provide a power controller capable of transmitting and receiving electric power between an electricity-storing device mounted on a vehicle and an electric load or power source outside the vehicle and miniaturizing a filter while having sufficient noise-suppressing effect, and to provide a vehicle equipped with the controller.
Power lines ACL1, ACL2 are connected to neutral points N1, N2 of motor generator MG1, MG2. An ECU 30 controls inverters 10, 20 in such a way that electric power is transmitted and received between the electricity-storing device B and a load 90 connected to a plug 70. A common mode choke coil 40 is arranged on a pair of the power lines. A Y-capacitor 50 is connected between the power lines ACL3, ACL4 and a vehicle ground 80 in between the common mode choke coil 40 and the plug 70.
