Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus that suppresses both recovery current and surge current.SOLUTION: The power conversion apparatus includes: a choke coil; switch element; a first rectifier element; a reactor; and a second rectifier element. The choke coil charges and discharges an input voltage. The switch element switches over charging and discharging of the choke coil. The first rectifier element rectifies a discharge current of the choke coil. The reactor is serially connected to the first rectifier element on a current path of the discharge current. The second rectifier element is connected in parallel to the reactor between one end of the reactor and the other end of the reactor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
