Abstract:
To increase the current of a main circuit that controls ON/OFF with multiple semiconductor switching elements with the main circuit side connected in parallel.SOLUTION: A power converter in an embodiment includes; multiple semiconductor switching elements; and a drive unit. The multiple semiconductor switching elements are connected in parallel at the main circuit side. The drive unit is configured to be settable to output a control signal at different timings for each of the multiple semiconductor switching elements and to supply the control signal to the semiconductor switching element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
