Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter controller for accelerating response to DC voltage inter phase balance control at the time of reverse phase current compensation to improve compensation performance.SOLUTION: A modular multilevel converter controller is connected with a three-phase voltage power system to compensate voltage flicker, and includes a DC voltage inter phase balance controller 201 for balancing a voltage average value of a DC capacitor C in a converter cell by controlling a zero-phase current circulating among delta connections, and DC voltage batch control means for performing batch control such that a voltage average value of all the DC capacitors C tracks a voltage command value by flowing a current whose in-phase component is the same as a phase voltage of a three-phase electric power system 101 into an electric power system 101 in the DC voltage inter phase balance controller 201.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
