Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power door opening/closing device that improves operability in manual operation by shortening the time from the start of the manual operation to the start of an assist.SOLUTION: A power door opening/closing device includes: an actuator 5 which assists operating force for a back door 2 supported by a vehicle body to open and close; a door front end sensor 20 which is provided at a front end part 2a of the back door 2 and detects the back door 2 moving to open and close; and a controller 23 which performs opening drive control or closing drive control over the actuator 5 in response to detection of a movement of the front end part 2a of the back door 2 in a closing direction by the door front end sensor 20.
