A serial contact signal generated by a P/S converting and signal processing means 32 in the secondary side of an isolation type transformer 10 is transmitted to the primary side of the isolation type transformer 10, such a contact signal is recognized by the waveform shaping and signal recognizing means 23 on the primary side, the power supply signal is superimposed to the contact signal by the power supply drive means 21 in the primary side, and these signals are supplied to the secondary side on a non-contact basis, the power supply signal supplied is rectified by a rectifier 30 and is then supplied to the P/S converting and signal processing means 32 as the power supply of secondary side by a stabilized power supply means 31.
