To enable abutment to a position near a center circle of a blade to prevent reception of centrifugal force compared to abutment to the surface of the blade so as to easily hold an abutment state, and generate electric power by using rotation of the blade so as to cover electric power of ancillary equipment of a slicer of the rotating blade.
In this power generation device, a rotating pad which rotates in accordance with the rotation of the blade is made to abut on the position near the center circle of the automatically rotating blade, and the abutment state is held by an arm and a pressing part. By a power generation motor for generating electric power by receiving power of rotation of the rotating pad, the power generation device generates electric power by using the automatically rotating blade.
