Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system that generates power with higher efficiency.SOLUTION: A power generation system 1 includes: a heat source 2 whose temperature changes with time; a first device 3 comprising an electrically polarizable matrix and a dispersant material having a lower specific heat capacity than the matrix, and electrically polarizable according as the temperature of the heat source 2 changes; and a second device 4 for taking out power from the first device 3. In the power generation system 1, the use of the first device 3 comprising the electrically polarizable matrix and the dispersant material having a lower specific heat capacity than the matrix can implement more efficient power generation than the mere use of an electrically polarizable device as the first device 3.
