Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small wind power generator and small scale hydroelectric power generator capable of obtaining high power generation amount and power generation efficiency, from a wind mill or a turbine rotating at a low speed.SOLUTION: In a power generator of wind power generation and hydroelectric power generation, a power source and a generator rotating at a low speed are coupled without a speed-increasing gear. In the generator used in such an apparatus, the number of field poles is differentiated from the number of poles of an armature winding, and suitable relationship is set among the number of revolution of the rotor, the output frequency of the generator, and the number of poles of an armature winding.
