To provide a power generator which can secure sufficient ventilating area and a power generating area while in use ( while generating power) and which can be compact and portable when in use as portable.

The power generator includes a plurality of a power generating elements 11 and a fuel supplying part 12 combined with the power generating elements 11 with a fuel supplying passage in-between. The power generating elements 11 are housed in a plurality of power generating case 10, 20 which are independent each other and are provided with a ventilating part 15a, and the power generating cases 10, 20 are combined movable with a combining part in-between either to house themselves by lapping each other or to generate power by separating each other.
