The power generator includes: a guide base that is formed into an annular shape and installed on an installing base or a water surface in a fixed state; a wheel that is formed into an annular shape and that makes concentric rotations while having proper adaptation to the inside of the guide base; an orbital motion drive system that includes at least a superconduction system as one of components and is structured to continuously rotate the wheel in a certain direction; and a power generation system that receives rotational energy from a rotating element, such as a wheel, for power generation.
