To provide a power management device, a power supply device, and a power management system which detect the change of an electric apparatus connected to a connection port without adding a special configuration to the electric apparatus.
A management device 10 includes: a communication part 11 which is connected to a power supply tap 20 provided with a connection port 23 for supplying power to an electric apparatus and manages power consumption of the electric apparatus and receives measurement data including time series data and/or feature data including at least one of a current value and a phase difference value of power supplied to the connection port 23, from the power supply tap 20 together with identification data given to the connection port 23; a storage part 12 where connection management data including respective identification data of the connection port 23 and the electric apparatus and reference data for the electric apparatus are stored; and a detection part 13 which reads out the reference data from the storage part 12 and compares the reference data with the measurement to detect the change of the electric apparatus connected to the connection port 23.
