Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management method for effectively controlling peak cut of storage batteries installed for a plurality of users, in a group of the plurality of users.SOLUTION: In a power management method in which peak cut of purchased power in a group of users, which is constituted of user facilities comprising power generators and storage batteries, user facilities comprising either power generators or storage batteries and user facilities which do not comprise power generators nor storage batteries, is controlled using power to be discharged from the storage batteries, a pattern of purchased power in the group of users is determined from respective patterns of predicted power consumption of the user facilities and respective patterns of predicted generated power of the power generators; and a discharge pattern of discharged power for every time zone of the storage batteries so as to control discharge of the storage batteries, on the basis of respective dischargeable amounts in unit time of the storage batteries, in order to control peak cut in each time zone in the pattern of the purchased power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
