Abstract:
To provide a power management system which can control various kinds of predictions for controlling a power demand supply balance of hydrogen, and in which hydrogen by a surplus power can be optimized and utilized.SOLUTION: A power management system comprises: a surplus power prediction part that predicts a surplus power generated by using a renewable energy; a hydrogen storage plan creation part that creates a plan for storing hydrogen manufactured by using the surplus power on the basis of the surplus power predicted; a hydrogen transportation vehicle that includes a function for filling hydrogen stored and generating the power by hydrogen filled, and transports them to a facility as a distribution destination of hydrogen; a vehicle allocation plan creation part that creates a vehicle allocation plan for allocating the hydrogen transportation vehicle to the facility; and a hydrogen using plan creation part that, when the hydrogen vehicle is connected to a power conversion device of the facility, creates the power generation plan using hydrogen for the hydrogen transportation vehicle on the basis of a hydrogen loading amount of the hydrogen vehicle and a purchased power and a demanded power in the facility, and notifies the vehicle allocation plan creation part and the hydrogen transportation vehicle of the power generation plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
