Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the state of an object power source, without being influenced by the power source other than the object power source, in a device which monitors the state, with at least one power source as the object power source, in an electrical system where a load device is connected in common with plural power sources.
SOLUTION: A state C can be realized, where a load device is supplied with power from only an auxiliary battery 42 being the object power source, by limiting the power supply from a main power source 40 which is not an object power source to the load device, without cutting it off. In this state, it is determined whether there is abnormality in an auxiliary battery, based on the voltage of the load device detected by a detector 70.
