Abstract:

To connect an internal combustion engine to a transmission more rapidly and smoothly after restarting the stopped engine.

When the rotating speed Ne of an engine exceeds a target synchronous engine speed Nset just after complete explosion of the engine, fuel cut or ignition timing delay is performed (S260), and a throttle opening TH is adjusted, based on the target synchronous engine speed Nset when the engine rotating speed Ne is less than a threshold Nref at which the gear ratio of CVT is changeable (S280); based on a target rotating speed Nin* of an input shaft of CVT when the engine rotating speed Ne reaches the threshold Nref or more (S300); so that the change in engine rotating speed Ne is constant on and after start of pressure rise control of clutch hydraulic pressure (S320); based on the rotating speed Nin of the input shaft when the engine rotating speed is almost synchronized (S340); and so that the engine rotating speed Ne follows the change in rotating speed Nin of the input shaft since the synchronization is determined (S360).
