Abstract:
To recover power of a local micro grid while avoiding a long-term power failure through local micro grid operation in a case where a power system accident occurs.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a power recovery method for a local micro grid 3 which is interlocked to a power system 5 via a system circuit breaker 6 and connected to a small-scale biomass power generation facility 10, of which the generator output is less than 2,000 kW, via a generator circuit breaker 7. While confirming stability in an operation state of the small-scale biomass power generation facility 10, a power recovery range of the local micro grid 3 is enlarged successively from, e.g., a block closest to the small-scale biomass power generation facility 10. A control device capable of executing generator output control and generator frequency control is disclosed as a control device for stably operating the small-scale biomass power generation facility when performing the power recovery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
