PURPOSE: To contrive the saving of power by building a switch, operated being associated with a hand brake, in a wiper driving circuit for a vehicle so as to prevent a wiper from acting while the vehicle is in stopping.

CONSTITUTION: A selector switch 3 and a switch 4, opened and closed being associated with a hand brake, are built in series in a wiper driving circuit comprising a wiper control circuit 1 and a wiper switch 2. When the selector switch 3 is placed in an on-side, the switch 4 serves effectively. The switch 4 is opened, when the hand brake is applied being pulled, and closed when the hand brake is not pulled. By this constitution, when a vehicle is surely stopped by pulling the hand brake, power consumption can be suppressed by stopping a wiper in its action. Further even when a switch of similar kind is built in a vehicle headlamp lighting circuit, a similar effect is obtained.
