A player side power saving means 6 stops, restricts or releases the electric energization of the lamps or the like of the game machines based on the direction from the power saving setting means for players and a facility side power saving means 7 stops, restricts or releases the electric energization of the lamps of the game machines in preference to such operation directed by the player side power saving means based on the direction from the power saving setting means for facilities. A power saving portion return means 9 returns to the players the cost reduced due to the electric energy saved by the player side power saving means or the facility side power saving means.
