Abstract:
To provide a simple and economical circuit system, capable of surely protect power sequence at cutting off of power supply in heterogeneous power supply system, so that no significant increase in power consumption is caused, even in a normal power supply turning-on state, without requiring new power supplies for maintaining a power sequence circuit.
A power supply level detector 8 monitors a voltage, and a transistor 10, which is a semiconductor switch, is used for discharging, when the voltage comes to be a specified level; accordingly, the sequence at cutting off of power supply is observed, without increase in the power consumption at turning on of power supply.
