Title:
POWER SOURCE MONITORING CIRCUIT AND POWER SOURCE MONITORING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3662409
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent required storage contents from being lost by simple constitution without using an expensive nonvolatile memory or the like.
SOLUTION: When a power supply voltage Vcc is hit or lowered, when the power supply voltage Vcc is equal to or more than the storage holding voltage of a RAM 10, an instruction voltage V1 accumulated in an accumulation part 20 is held and a microcomputer 11 is reset without clearing the RAM 10 inside the microcomputer 11 based on the instruction voltage V1. In this case, by the control of the microcomputer 11, the accumulation control of the accumulation part 20 is freely performed with mobility.
