PURPOSE: To prevent air from mixing in a hydraulic fluid flowing inside piping, by letting a branch pipe branch off from a second piping line, while connecting a reservoir tank to the opening end.
CONSTITUTION: A branch pipe 8 branches off from a second piping line 3b, and a tip of the branch pipe 8 is opened to the inside of a reservoir tank 2. In the case where a hydraulic fluid flowing inside bot first and second piping lines 3a and 3b is decreased by an oil leakage, the hydraulic fluid inside the reservoir tank 2 compensates a portion of loss, therefore it does not circulate the inside of these piping lines 3a and 3b. Accordingly, such a case that air inside the reservoir tank 2 is mixed in the hydraulic fluid and flows inside these first and second piping lines 3a and 3b will in no case happen there.
