Abstract:
To provide a power storage device which can increase the reliability.SOLUTION: A power storage device 10 comprising an exterior member 20 having a base material layer 34, a barrier layer 36 and a heat-fusable resin layer 38, and a power storage element 11 sealed in the exterior member is to be installed in an electrically-driven automobile 1. The exterior member 20 has a peripheral seal part 21, and a receiving part 16 serving to contain the power storage element 11. A depth direction (Z direction) of the receiving part 16 and X direction orthogonal to the depth direction are set in a front-back direction or right-left direction of the electrically-driven automobile 1. Y direction which is perpendicular to the depth direction (Z direction) of the receiving part 16 and X direction is set in a height direction of the electrically-driven automobile 1. According to analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy on a corrosion resistant coating provided on at least one face of the barrier layer 36, a peak Poriginating from C1s of O-C=O bond is detected in a range of 287 eV to 290 eV, and a peak Poriginating from C1s of C-C bond is detected at 285 eV; the ratio Pof the peak heights falls in a range of 0.10 or more and 0.50 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
