In a power storage device 1, a first power storage module 5, having power storage elements 11 and 12 connected in parallel, and a second power storage module 6, having power storage elements 21 and 22 connected in parallel, are connected in series. The power storage device 1 includes: a first inter-module spacer 15 disposed between the first power storage module 5 and the second power storage module 6 so as to form a coolant path in which coolant flows; and a first in-module spacer 14 disposed between adjacent power storage elements 11 and 12 so as to form a coolant path in which coolant flows. The first in-module spacer 14 has greater thermal conductivity than the first inter-module spacer 15.
