Abstract:
This electricity storage device is provided with: an electrode assembly which comprises a first electrode and a second electrode laminated on each other, and wherein the first electrode has a first tab and the second electrode has a second tab; a first conductive member which is bonded with the first tab at a first welded part; and a second conductive member which is bonded with the second tab at a second welded part. The melting point of the first tab is lower than the melting point of the second tab, and the first welded part has a fuse function. If "S1" is the area of the first welded part, "S2" is the area of the second welded part, and "ρ" is the ratio of the electrical resistance "ρ1" of the first tab to the electrical resistance "ρ2" of the second tab, namely "ρ1/ρ2", relational expression "S1 <ρ·S2" is satisfied.
