To provide a power storage module and a power storage device, capable of inhibiting electrolytic solution discharged from an exhaust port of a pressure regulating valve from flowing through a surface of the pressure regulating valve in a direction from the exhaust port to the inside of the pressure regulating valve.SOLUTION: A power storage module 2 comprises: a module body 11 including an electrode laminate 15 and a frame body 16; and a pressure regulating valve 12. The pressure regulating valve 12 comprises a housing 50 and a valve body 30. On a side surface 31s is provided an exhaust port 41 for discharging gas generated in an internal space V. The pressure regulating valve 12 comprises an inclined part 31b located below the exhaust port 41 in the gravity direction. The inclined part 31b has an inclined surface 31t that extends along a center axis direction H1a of the exhaust port 41 and is inclined downward in the gravity direction from its base end side connected to the housing 50 to its tip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
