To save power consumed in a vehicle battery without providing individual wiring connection between each load loaded on a vehicle and the battery.
The vehicle battery and a plurality of the loads are connected in a net-like state through a plurality of switching circuits 21a, 21b, 22a to 22d, and a wire harness, wherein the plurality of the switching circuits 21a, 21b, 22a to 22d are switched between a power conductive state and a power shut-off state. A control part 23 identifies a vehicle condition with a predetermined vehicle condition, and controls to switch the plurality of the switching circuits so as to put the switching circuit provided between the load to be powered and the vehicle battery in the power conductive state, and put the switching circuit provided between the load not to be powered and the vehicle battery in the power shut-off state in accordance with the identified vehicle condition.
