To improve safety by stopping the voltage output state to a contact- type contact point for electrically connecting the main body of the device and a unit quickly and securely by opening safety switches.
A DC power supply 43 is connected to a power supply through switches 421 and 422. A high-voltage power supply and an electricity-removing- device driving circuit 46 are connected to the output terminal of the DC power supply through a safety switch 37. At the same time, the voltage dividing circuit of resistors 47 and 48 is connected. The voltage at the voltage dividing point of this voltage dividing circuit is supplied to the A/D conversion input terminal of a control circuit 49. When the safety switches 421 and 422 are turned off, the supply of the secondary voltage to the high-voltage power supply and the electricity-removing-device driving circuit 46 is stopped. At the same time, the control circuit 49 also detects the off state of the safety switches 421 and 422 and supplies the driving stop signal to the high-voltage power supply and the electricity-removing-device driving circuit 46. Thus, the high-voltage output, which is supplied from the high-voltage power supply and the electricity- removing-device driving circuit 46 to a process unit through a contact-type contact point, and the output of the electricity removing device are stopped.
