To effectively supply power to a flight vehicle that moves between a plurality of areas during standby on the ground.SOLUTION: A power supply device 1 includes: a traveling section 16 configured to operate and travel by power supplied from a first storage cell 11; a pad 40 on which a vertical takeoff and landing air vehicle 50 is mounted; a power supply unit 14 configured to supply power output from the first storage cell 11 to the air vehicle 50; a movement plan recognition unit 21 configured to recognize a movement plan of the air vehicle 50; a second storage cell state recognition unit 23 configured to recognize a state of a second storage cell 52 provided on the air vehicle 50; and a power supply control unit 24 configured to control first power supplied from the first storage cell 11 to the traveling section 16 based on the movement plan and the state of the second storage cell 52 and second power supplied from the first storage cell 11 via the first storage unit 14 to the air vehicle 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
