Abstract:
To start-up multiple high voltages in a short time in an inexpensive configuration, and stably control after the starting-up.SOLUTION: A DC high voltage power supply 140 has a transformer 103, an FET 102 for executing switching of a primary winding, a capacitor 101 that applies a voltage to the primary winding, and a transistor 104 for controlling the voltage charged in the capacitor 101, and generates a voltage on a secondary side of the transformer 103 according to the voltage charged in the capacitor 101. A step-down circuit 121 has a transistor 108 for stepping-down an input voltage from the DC high voltage power supply 140, and an operational amplifier 116 for outputting control signal that controls the transistor 108 so that an output voltage becomes the same voltage as a target voltage. The capacitor 101 is charged when starting-up so that the same voltage as the target voltage is generated on the secondary side of the transformer 103. The operation amplifier 116 outputs control signal in which a voltage inputted to the step-down circuit 121 is output as it is until the output voltage exceeds the target voltage (S301-S303).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
