To assure power supply to important apparatuses such as refrigeration/freezing facility even during service interruption caused by earthquake in a convenience store or a supermarket which is indispensable to the local eating habits.

A photovoltaic power generating device and a power storage device are provided in a store, and a central processing unit is provided in the central control section which manages the store. A detector which detects the administrative data including the degree of illumination in the store, the temperature of a refrigeration/freezing facility and the electric energy used, and a control section which collects the measurement data of each detector and controls the store facility are provided in the store, and the data collected at the control section is transmitted over a transmission path to the central control section.
