To make it possible to feed power other than a battery continuously for long hours as a power supply for an electronic circuit.
A discharging electrode 6, provided with a projected part having a small radius of curvature, is connected to a high-voltage part 1 where an AC is applied via a boosting or step-down transformer. When the inclination of the electric potential surrounding the projected part is set in such a way as to exceed the corona critical voltage by making small the radius of curvature of the projected part of the discharging electrode 6, the corona discharge occurs from the projected part and a discharge current corresponding to the AC of the high-voltage part 1 flows at the primary side of the transformer 7. The transformation ratio of the transformer 7 is set in such a way as to obtain a voltage required for a load of an electronic circuit 5 like an amplifier or an FM telemeter, for example. The AC voltage generated by the discharge current at the secondary side of the transformer 7 is rectified by a rectifying circuit 8. Then, a smoothing circuit 9 comprising coils and capacitors removes ripples to supply a DC voltage to a load of an electronic circuit 5.
