Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to respond at high speed even in the case of a layer short-circuit, by connecting first semiconductor active fuses at each branch of a first wiring having branches and second semiconductor active fuses each to the other end of intermediate wirings connected to one end of each of the first fuses, and by connecting each branch to a second wiring.
SOLUTION: A first main semiconductor element QA1 of an nMOS transistor and a first reference semiconductor element QB1 have a second main electrode (source) SA1 facing a first main electrode (drain) D1 connected to a power supply 101 via a first wiring Wi, and a first control electrode GA1 which controls the main current which flows in the first and second main electrodes. Furthermore, the semiconductor element QA1 contains a first parasitic diode Dp whose cathode range is connected to the first main electrode D1 of the semiconductor element QA1, and whose anode range to the second main electrode SA1. A first comparator CMP1 and a drive circuit iii detect an abnormal current of the semiconductor element QA1, functioning as a control circuit which turns on or off the semiconductor element QA1 to generate current oscillation. This current oscillation is used to break the semiconductor element QA1.
