Abstract:
PURPOSE:To exactly understand a generating state of a malfunction and a breakdown of an electronic apparatus, etc., by providing a main transformer, a shifted voltage generating transformer and a means for controlling a shifting time and a shifting start phase and setting quantitatively and exactly a shift quantity of a power supply voltage, the shifting time and the shifting start phase, etc. CONSTITUTION:At the time of executing an evaluation test of an electronic apparatus, etc., which have been connected to a power source line, at a steady time, an output voltage V1 of a main transformer 3 is applied to the electronic apparatus, etc., and at the time of setting a shifted voltage, output voltages V1+V2 obtained by adding up an output voltage V2 of a shifted voltage generating transformer 6 to said output voltage V1 is applied. Also, its shifting time and shifting start phase are controlled by, for instance, a start signal and a power source phase detecting circuit 16 and a shifting control circuit 17, and a shift quantity of a power supply voltage, the shifting time and the shifting start phase are set quantitatively. In such a way, an evaluation test of an electronic apparatus, etc., can be executed satisfactorily.
