To provide a power source device in which wiring is saved and component control can be made easy.
The power source device 1 to supply electric power to an electric motor of an electric automobile comprises a battery assembly 3 having a plurality of batteries 9, an electric connection box 2 to control switching-on and off of the connection of the battery assembly 3 and the electric motor, a bus bar module 7 which has a plurality of bus bars B to connect mutually adjoining electrodes T of the plurality of batteries 9 and an insulating plate 6 to which the bus bars B are installed, and a safety device 5. The safety device 5 has a conductive connection component 54 which is installed in free insertion and extraction on each of the electrodes T1 of the electric connection box 2 and the electrodes T2 of the batteries 9 located at the end of the battery assembly 3, and a housing 50 which houses the connection component 54. Further, the housing 50 is coupled to the plate 6 by a hinge 8.
