To suppress the degradation of the transmission efficiency of a power under closely coupled states among resonance circuits.
The resonance circuit 140 has an inductance and a capacitance, and generates a magnetic field on the basis of an electric signal from a coupling coil 130. Frequency generators 111 to 113 generate the powers of the electric signals consisting of mutually different frequency components in neighboring bands as frequency bands close to the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit 140, respectively. A power synthetic circuit 120 synthesizes the powers of the electric signals consisting of the frequency components generated from a plurality of the frequency generators 111 to 113 in the neighboring bands, and outputs the synthesized electric signal to the resonance circuit 140 through the coupling coil 130. A power receiving device 200 receives the power from a power supplying apparatus 100 using the coupling by a magnetic-field resonance between the resonance circuit 240 and the resonance circuit 140.
