Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase a heat radiation area of a heat radiating plate and enhance an efficiency of heat radiation generated in a circuit board, by separating and isolating an operation axis to turn on and off a power switch on a main circuit board while keeping a certain distance required in safety standards. CONSTITUTION: A main circuit board 10 is inserted in the frame 20 of a molded board, the bottom surface of the board 10 is supported by a projecting part 22 and fixed by a snap 21. A guide piece 32 is then inserted in a linearly moving hole 23b after a removal prevention piece 31 of an operating axis 30 to turn on and off a power switch 11 provided on the board 10 is inserted in an assembling hole 23a inside the frame 20. A terminal pressure part 36 of the operating axis 30 at the end of an oblique bent part 35 is then made to touch an input part 11a of the power switch 11, while a knob pressure part 34 of the operation axis 30 is made in contact with a power knob 40 consistently.
