To provide a power control circuit capable of preventing a contact from being deteriorated and noise wave from being generated by the occurrence of spark by preventing spark discharge from occurring on the contact of an electromagnetic switch when a small electronic device is controllably opened and closed by an electromagnetic switch.

The electromagnetic switch 13 and a noncontact switch 3 are installed in series between an AC power 19 and a load 2. An oscillator 8 for controlling the gate of a switching element 3' and the gate 6 are installed so that, at the time of starting, the noncontact switch 3 is turned ON after the electromagnetic switch 13 is turned ON and, at the time of cutout, both switches are turned OFF sequentially in the reverse order. In addition, capacitors 11 and I2 and diodes 9 and 10 for timing control are installed in the switch.
