At least one electronic protection switch 311 connected to a power supply connecting end A1 and a consumption device connecting end B1 is disposed in at least one protection panel 3 electrically connected to the main distributor 2, and the electronic protection switch can be controlled by a control unit connected to a control switch 712 of the overhead operation console 7 through an optical fiber cable 711. The control switch 712 receives a control signal through the optical fiber cable 700 from a reference light emitter 310 for detecting voltage at the power supply connecting end A1 to generate a control signal.
