Abstract:
To provide a power tool covering a space between a stator coil and a motor housing by thermosetting resin with high heat dissipation.SOLUTION: In a cylindrical portion 31 of a motor housing, a stator core 21 around which a coil 25 is wound is positioned. An axis of the cylindrical portion 31 is turned vertical, and a convex mold 161 is inserted in that from the lower side to be temporally fixed. Then, a fluidized thermosetting resin 27 is flown from the upper side to a periphery of the coil 25, is filled until an upper end of the coil 25 is hidden, and then is cured. If removing the mold 161 after curing, the stator 20 is solidified by resin in a cylindrical shape. If using one with high thermal conductivity as the thermosetting resin 27, the thermal conductivity of the coil 25 and the cylindrical portion 31 is improved, and heat is finely discharged to atmosphere by the motor housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
