PURPOSE: To make it possible to clean the inside of a glass and the likes electrically safely and easily by having a cleaning part made of an elastic member held by scissors which are rotated by a low voltage motor.

CONSTITUTION: Operating a switch 5, an electric motor 2 is rotated with a battery 4 as its power source. The electric motor 2 rotates the scissors 3 extended in the axial direction and a cleaning part made of an elastic member, which is held by the scissors 3. The cleaning part is inserted into a glass to thoroughly clean the inside of the glass. Should water seep into a main body 1 in such occasion, there is no danger of electric shock, hence safe even if the main body 1 is held in a hand since the electric motor 2 is driven by low voltage.
