Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the power transistor(TR) drive circuit which is not malfunctioned even when a leak current flows to an input stage circuit for a power TR through a phase compensation terminal.
CONSTITUTION: The power TR drive circuit is a circuit in which a phase compensation terminal TpH is connected and also a pre-stage circuit whose connection/disconnection depends on a switch to an input stage circuit connecting to a base of a power TR Qp. A circuit shunting a leakage current intruded through a phase compensation terminal when the switch is open is connected to the pre-stage circuit and the input stage circuit and the shunt circuit has a circuit configuration of stopping the shunt function when the switch is closed.
