PURPOSE: To increase rigidity in the axial direction and exhibit the function of an elastic bearing by providing a holding member for holding a body in the axial direction against a shaft, and providing the inside surface and the outside surface connected with the shaft and the body.

CONSTITUTION: A holding member 28 for holding a body 12 in the direction of axis against a shaft 18 is provided. This holding member 28 has the shape of a revolving body and consists of a elastically deformable member 30 having high axial rigidity. The member 30 is provided with two cylindrical coaxial joint surfaces composed of the inside surface 32 and the outside surface 34 respectively connected with the shaft 18 and the body 12. By such constitution, the function of an elastic bearing having high axial rigidity can be exhibited.
