Abstract:
PURPOSE:To gently increase transmission torque, by interposing a specific torsional spring mechanism between a driving side member and driven side member in a flywheel. CONSTITUTION:A torsional spring mechanism 5, interposed between a main unit 2, used as a driving side member, and a transfer plate 3, used as a driven side member, of a flywheel 1, is constituted in such a manner that plural sets, for instance, two sets of center plates 6 and side plates 13 are symmetrically prepared for the rotary center and fixed to the plate 3 and the main unit 2, then a rubber made elastic material 9 is interposed through a retainer 8 to be arranged in series to the direction of rotation for the center plate 6 and the side plate 13. In this way, turning motion of the main unit 2 causes relative action between the plates 6, 13 to turn the retainer 8 and press the elastic material 9, and its compressive deformation can absorb a change of torque in a side of the main unit 2, further a torsional angle can be also taken to a large degree, thus torque transmission can be gently performed.
