Abstract:

To provide compatibility of ensuring of mechanical resistance in relation to repeated stress of a spring material for constituting a connecting means and proper timing of the power shut-off operation in a power transmission mechanism.

This power transmission mechanism for releasably connecting a pulley 43 to be belt-driven by an engine to a compressor is provided with arched plate spring materials 61, 62, and a bearing member 50 fixed to a drive shaft end of the compressor by a bolt 46. The base end of each plate spring material is fixed to a flange part (the bottom wall) of the pulley 43. An engaging recessed part 64 is provided on the tip lower surface of each plate spring material. The tip of the plate spring material is lifted against spring resiliency in the thickness direction, the tip of an arm part 52 of the bearing member 50 is locked in the recessed parts 64, and the connection of the pulley 43 to the compressor is secured. When excessive load is generated on the compressor side, the arm part 52 is detached from the recessed parts 64, and the connection is released.
