Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission roller which stably transmits power between a driving roller and a driven roller by friction and achieves increase of the life.SOLUTION: A power transmission roller is disposed between a driving roller D and a driven roller S to transmit a rotational force of the driving roller D to the driven roller S side by a frictional force. The power transmission roller includes: a roller body 2 in which a porous metal coating 2a is formed on an outer diameter surface, the roller body 2 enabling power transmission between the driving roller D and the driven roller S; and an elastic layer 3 which is formed on the metal coating 2a, may contact with the driving roller D and the driven roller S, and is formed by a material softer than that of the roller body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
