To provide a power transmitting mechanism capable of improving a maintenance property and capable of achieving miniaturization of the whole of a device.
In the power transmitting mechanism wherein at least a pair of rotors 2 and 3 are arranged in a state that engaging teeth provided on outer peripheral parts of the rotors 2 and 3 are engaged, balls 4 constituting the engaging teeth are arranged on the outer peripheral part of the one rotor 2 in two rows with a predetermined interval, balls 5 having an outside diameter larger than the interval of the two rows of the balls 4 are arranged in one row with a predetermined interval as the engaging teeth on the outer peripheral part of the other rotor 3 so as to be positioned between the two rows of the balls 4, and the balls 5 come into a space between the two rows of the balls 4, and the balls 4 and 5 are abutted with each other, and thereby, torque transmission occurs between the rotors 2 and 3.
