To prevent falling of a power unit at a transmission mount part and displace the power unit largely forward by inertia at the time of front collision.
A power unit P is suspended and supported by a transmission mount 22 at a part of a transmission 12. The mount 22 has an inside cylinder 45 to be on the connecting side to a car body, an outside cylinder 46 to be connected to the transmission 12 through a lower side bracket 43 and an elastic member 41 between these both cylinders 45, 46. The lower side bracket 43 has a pair of front and rear leg parts 50 connected to the transmission 12 as well as opened wider downward. At the time of front collision, the rear leg part 50 is oscillated forward around neighbourhood of its base end part as its center, crushing work is provided by pressurizing the outside cylinder 46 from below at this time, and the outside cylinder 46 is finally deformed into a flat shape extending long in the longitudinal direction. It is also possible to make the outside cylinder 46 in a roughly elliptical shape extending slender in the longitudinal direction previously, etc.
