A bearing rail 14 is horizontally mounted to the lower part of a window glass 4. The bearing rail 13 is borne on a vertical movement in state to horizontally hold it with an arm regulator. A pair of guide pins 14 are respectively projected to both ends of the bearing rail 13, and the pins 14 pass through a slot 15 bored in the window glass 4 in the vertical direction in an unextractable manner and in a movable manner in the vertical direction. A bearing piece 16 is projected downward of the guide pins 14, and a pressure- sensitive conductive rubber 17 is fixed on the bearing piece 16. When foreign matters are caught by the window glass 4, the pressure-sensitive conductive rubber 17 is pushed and deformed by the window glass 4 to lower electric resistance. By the constitution, foreign matter holding detection is executed.
